5.1 Purpose of QOOBIX outputs
QOOBIX outputs are intended to support market research, commercial analysis, opportunity discovery, competitor mapping, partner discovery, positioning analysis, and action planning.
They are decision-support materials only.
5.2 AI-assisted analysis
QOOBIX uses AI-assisted generation. Outputs may include assumptions, inferred categories, hypotheses, suggested competitors, potential partners, possible commercial opportunities, regional priorities, and recommended actions.
These outputs are not guaranteed facts.
5.3 No guarantee of accuracy
QOOBIX does not guarantee that any report, workbook, organisation name, competitor reference, opportunity, recommendation, market claim, contact category, regional assessment, score, or suggested action is accurate, complete, current, suitable, available, lawful, or commercially successful.

The client must independently verify all outputs before use.

5.6 No commercial guarantee
QOOBIX does not guarantee sales, leads, distributor interest, partner availability, market entry success, revenue growth, competitive advantage, regulatory approval, client acquisition, or any commercial result.
5.7 No real-time guarantee
