They are decision-support materials only.

5.2 AI-assisted and operator-reviewed intelligence

QOOBIX IDAAS is AI-assisted and operator-reviewed market intelligence. Outputs may include assumptions, inferred categories, hypotheses, suggested competitors, candidate organisations for verification, possible commercial opportunities, regional priorities and recommended actions.

These outputs are not guaranteed facts.

5.3 Candidate organisations for verification

When QOOBIX IDAAS performs discovery, it may identify candidate organisations for verification. These candidates are not verified leads, guaranteed prospects, confirmed distributors, approved partners or guaranteed clients.

All named organisations must be reviewed and verified before use.

5.4 Website and verification URL fields

Candidate exports should distinguish between Website and Verification URL.

Website means the candidate organisation’s own website, where available.

Verification URL means Google Maps, Google Places, a directory page, registry page or another source URL used to check the candidate.

A Google Maps or source URL should not be used as a substitute for the website field.

5.5 No guarantee of accuracy

QOOBIX IDAAS does not guarantee that any report, workbook, organisation name, website, competitor reference, opportunity, recommendation, market claim, contact category, regional assessment, score or suggested action is accurate, complete, current, suitable, available, lawful or commercially successful.

5.6 Verification required

The client must independently verify all outputs before use.

This includes checking named organisations, websites, verification URLs, competitors, market assumptions, commercial claims, contact details, geographic relevance, regulatory relevance, pricing assumptions and suggested actions.

5.7 No professional advice

QOOBIX IDAAS does not provide legal, financial, tax, regulatory, technical, engineering, medical, agricultural, investment, procurement or professional advice.

Clients should consult appropriate professionals before making important decisions.

5.8 No commercial guarantee

QOOBIX IDAAS does not guarantee sales, leads, distributor interest, partner availability, market entry success, revenue growth, competitive advantage, regulatory approval, client acquisition or any commercial result.

5.9 No real-time guarantee

Unless expressly stated and supported by supplied sources, QOOBIX IDAAS outputs should not be treated as guaranteed real-time research.

5.10 Operator workspace and analysed business

QOOBIX IDAAS is designed to generate downloadable intelligence files. It is not intended to act as a permanent data repository, CRM, lead database, outreach automation tool or sales automation system.
