QOOBIX IDAAS FAQs
Practical answers about QOOBIX IDAAS, intelligence packages, verification, outputs, retention, and secure access.
What is QOOBIX IDAAS?
QOOBIX IDAAS means Intelligence Delivered As A Service. It is a market-intelligence delivery environment created and managed by Sienda Ltd.
It helps businesses understand markets, map competitors, identify candidate distributors or partners, assess commercial opportunities, compare regions, and prepare practical next steps before entering a market, launching a campaign, appointing a distributor, opening a location or investing in commercial activity.
Is QOOBIX IDAAS a public SaaS platform?
No. QOOBIX IDAAS is primarily delivered as a managed intelligence service created and managed by Sienda Ltd. It is not a public SaaS platform with open registration.
Do clients need to operate QOOBIX themselves?
No. Clients provide the business context and market question. The authorised operator prepares the job, runs the intelligence process, reviews the output and delivers the package.
What does the client buy?
The client buys the intelligence outcome, not access to a raw platform. The outcome may include editable reports, discovery workbooks, candidate organisation tables for verification, priorities, risks, caveats, verification workflows and action matrices.
What is an operator workspace?
An operator workspace is used by Sienda Ltd or qualified partner workspaces authorised by Sienda Ltd to manage delivery, branding, users, report management, retention and administration.
Does the operator workspace define the market being analysed?
No. The operator workspace does not define the analysed business. Each job must define its own analysed business, sector, product or service, target geography, market question, language, discovery scope and commercial objective.
What is the analysed business?
The analysed business is the company, product, service, market or commercial situation being analysed in a specific job. QOOBIX IDAAS analyses the business defined in the job, not the account owner, operator or partner workspace.
What is the essential operator rule?
The operator delivers the intelligence. The job defines the business being analysed.
What can QOOBIX IDAAS analyse?
QOOBIX IDAAS can support market-entry intelligence, competitor mapping, distributor discovery, partner discovery, candidate organisation discovery for verification, channel analysis, regional prioritisation, commercial risk review, opportunity analysis and action-priority reporting.
Can QOOBIX IDAAS discover competitors?
Yes, where discovery is part of the job. Discovered organisations are candidates for verification, not guaranteed competitors or qualified leads.
Can QOOBIX IDAAS discover distributors or partners?
Yes. It can generate candidate organisations for verification based on the job scope and target market. It does not guarantee that those organisations are suitable, interested, qualified or commercially available.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS deliver leads?
No. QOOBIX IDAAS does not deliver guaranteed leads, verified prospects, confirmed distributors, approved partners or guaranteed clients. It may deliver candidate organisations for verification.
What information can a candidate organisation include?
A candidate organisation may include candidate name, category or type, country or region, website where available, verification URL, relevance explanation, suggested verification action, notes and candidate status.
What is the difference between Website and Verification URL?
Website means the candidate organisation’s own website, where available. Verification URL means a Google Maps URL, Google Places URL, directory URL, official registry URL or other source used to verify the candidate. A Google Maps URL should not be used as a substitute for the website field.
What happens if a source provides a website?
If Google Places or another discovery source provides a business website, QOOBIX IDAAS should capture and export that website into the report and workbook. The website field must not be silently left blank when source data contains a website.
What if no website is available?
If no website is available from the source, the output should say “Not supplied” or “Not found in source”. This should be a real absence of data, not a mapping or export failure.
What file formats can QOOBIX IDAAS deliver?
QOOBIX IDAAS can deliver editable DOCX reports, XLSX workbooks, RTF reports and CSV tables.
Which outputs may be included?
Outputs may include an executive decision brief, market overview, demand signals to investigate, competitor, substitute and alternative landscape, candidate organisations for verification, regional or segment priorities, channel opportunities, positioning recommendations, commercial risks and caveats, action matrix and verification workflow.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS replace commercial due diligence?
No. It supports commercial prioritisation but does not replace direct verification, professional judgement, legal advice, financial advice, regulatory review or technical assessment.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS provide professional advice?
No. QOOBIX IDAAS does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, technical, procurement, investment or professional advice.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS guarantee commercial success?
No. QOOBIX IDAAS does not guarantee sales, distributor interest, partner availability, market access, regulatory suitability, revenue growth, client acquisition or commercial success.
Can QOOBIX be provisioned privately?
Only for selected organisations or qualified partners, subject to qualification, configuration, training and controls. This is not the default public offer.
Who operates QOOBIX IDAAS?
QOOBIX IDAAS is created and managed by Sienda Ltd. It may be delivered directly by Sienda Ltd or through qualified partner workspaces where appropriate.
What is Proteus?
Proteus is the proprietary intelligence layer behind QOOBIX. It helps structure market questions, analyse commercial context and prepare intelligence outputs.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS use AI?
Yes. QOOBIX IDAAS is AI-assisted and operator-reviewed market intelligence. Outputs may contain incomplete, outdated or candidate information and must be verified before use.
Does QOOBIX IDAAS act as a CRM?
No. QOOBIX IDAAS is not a CRM, sales automation platform, outreach automation tool or permanent lead database.
How long are generated files stored?
Generated files are stored temporarily according to the configured retention period. Clients should download and keep any output they need to preserve.
Are download links permanent?
No. Download links are temporary signed links. Anyone with a valid signed link may open it until it expires, so links should be handled responsibly.
What should clients do before acting on an output?
Clients should verify named organisations, websites, competitors, market claims, source links, regulatory assumptions and commercial recommendations before taking action.
