These documents apply to QOOBIX, a private, provisioned market-intelligence application operated by Sienda Ltd.
Acceptable Use Policy
7.1 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what clients and users must not do when using QOOBIX.
7.2 Lawful use only
QOOBIX must be used only for lawful business and market-intelligence purposes.
Users must not use QOOBIX to create, support, conceal, or facilitate unlawful activity.
7.3 Prohibited content
Users must not enter, generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful, misleading, harmful, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate.
7.4 No unauthorised data processing
Users must not enter personal data, confidential data, third-party data, or commercially sensitive data unless they have the legal right and proper authority to do so.
Users must not enter excessive personal data or special category personal data.
7.5 No spam or abusive outreach
QOOBIX must not be used to generate spam, abusive outreach, deceptive commercial campaigns, unlawful scraping, misleading sales claims, or unsolicited communication that violates applicable law.
7.6 No deceptive claims
Users must not use QOOBIX outputs to make commercial claims that they have not verified.
Users must not present QOOBIX outputs as guaranteed facts, certified research, legal advice, regulatory approval, or verified market truth.
7.7 No unauthorised access
Users must not attempt to access accounts, client environments, admin areas, files, links, or systems they are not authorised to access.
Users must not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, probe, attack, or circumvent QOOBIX security controls.
7.8 No irresponsible sharing
Users must not share access codes, recovery phrases, private access links, temporary signed download links, or generated files irresponsibly.
The client is responsible for controlling access to its own QOOBIX environment and downloaded outputs.
7.9 No platform abuse
Users must not overload, disrupt, interfere with, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse QOOBIX.
Users must not use QOOBIX to build a competing service based on QOOBIX logic, structure, prompts, workflows, templates, or outputs.
7.10 Enforcement
Sienda Ltd may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes this Acceptable Use Policy has been breached.
Sienda Ltd may also delete generated files, cancel jobs, refuse requests, or take other reasonable action to protect the service, clients, third-party rights, or legal compliance.
