AI and Automated Analysis Notice
6.1 Use of AI
QOOBIX uses AI-assisted analysis to generate structured market-intelligence outputs.
The AI layer may help produce reports, workbooks, summaries, rankings, competitor categories, opportunity tables, risk notes, action priorities, and other commercial analysis materials.
6.2 Proteus intelligence layer
Proteus is the proprietary intelligence layer behind QOOBIX. It helps orchestrate the structure, prompts, analysis workflow, and output format used to generate QOOBIX reports and workbooks.
6.3 Human verification required
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, speculative, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
All QOOBIX outputs must be reviewed and verified by the client before use.
6.4 No automated decision binding on individuals
QOOBIX is intended to support business research and commercial decision-making. It is not intended to make legally binding decisions about individuals.
Clients must not use QOOBIX to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review and legal basis.
6.5 Client input quality
The quality of QOOBIX outputs depends partly on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of client inputs.
Incomplete, vague, outdated, or inaccurate client information may produce weaker or less useful outputs.
6.6 Sensitive data
Clients must not enter special category personal data, excessive personal data, confidential third-party data, trade secrets, personal contact lists, or information they are not authorised to process.
6.7 No live browsing claim
Unless QOOBIX expressly states that live sources have been supplied or used, outputs should not be treated as the result of guaranteed live web research.
6.8 Use of third-party AI providers
QOOBIX may send relevant request information to third-party AI providers through server-side API calls for the purpose of generating outputs.
Current AI infrastructure may include OpenAI.
6.9 Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for evaluating, verifying, editing, approving, and using all generated outputs.
