Refund Policy
4.1 About this Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to QOOBIX, a private, provisioned digital market-intelligence service operated by Sienda Ltd.
4.2 No self-service checkout
QOOBIX does not currently use public self-service checkout, card payments, or automatic subscriptions inside the application.
Fees are agreed directly between Sienda Ltd and the client by proposal, quotation, invoice, email, or other written agreement.
Payment is normally made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Testing before purchase
Before purchasing QOOBIX, the client may be given the opportunity to test, inspect, evaluate, or review the application.
By proceeding with purchase, the client confirms that it has had the opportunity to assess the service and accepts the platform as suitable for its intended use.
4.4 Provisioned digital service
QOOBIX is a provisioned digital service. Fees may cover client configuration, technical provisioning, access setup, report-type configuration, AI-assisted generation, document generation, workbook generation, operational support, and digital delivery.
4.5 No refunds after acceptance, provisioning, or generation
Once the client has accepted the service, access has been provisioned, configuration has begun, or digital outputs have been generated, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Sienda Ltd.
4.6 No refund for client non-use
No refund will be provided where the client does not use the service, fails to download generated files before expiry, loses access credentials, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, changes its commercial priorities, or no longer requires the service.
4.7 Failed generation or technical issue
If a generation fails because of a technical issue within QOOBIX, Sienda Ltd may, at its discretion, retry the generation, correct the issue, provide an alternative delivery method, extend access, or provide another reasonable remedy.
A technical issue does not automatically create a right to a refund.
4.8 Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
